Refund Policy for Account Credit

We refund unused account credit on request. Your remaining paid balance can be refunded minus payment processing fees and any services already used. Bonus credits and promotional amounts are non-refundable.

What We Refund

Paid credit only - The actual amount you paid
Unused balance - From your paid credit (minus bonuses/vouchers)

What We Don't Refund

Bonus credits - Any promotional amounts added (e.g., 20% bonus)
Payment processing fees - Charged by PayPal, Stripe, etc.
Used credit - Services already consumed
KYC verification fee - The administrative fee (up to €20) charged when your payment does not match your registration

KYC Verification Fee

Non-refundable

If your payment does not come from the same country you registered with (or your details otherwise do not match your payment), we may run a full KYC verification. This carries an administrative fee of up to €20, which is non-refundable and is deducted from your account balance.

You can avoid it entirely: pay from the same country you registered in, using details that match your account.
