Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Euronodes Ltd engages to process Personal Data on behalf of its Customers, in line with Section 5 and Annex C of our Data Processing Agreement.
A "Sub-processor" is any third party engaged by Euronodes to process Personal Data on behalf of the Customer. Each sub-processor is bound by a contract imposing the same data protection obligations set out in our DPA, and Euronodes remains fully liable to the Customer for their performance.

Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Changes and Notifications
Euronodes maintains this list and keeps it up to date. We will inform Customers of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, giving at least 30 days' prior written notice and the opportunity to object on reasonable data protection grounds.
