Before and after sending

Before sending the server, please contact us to provide informations about the package content:

  • Server model, manufacturer.
  • Whether cables (power cords) are included.
  • What type of power plug they have (C13/C14 or something else).
  • Are the rails also included in the package.

After Package has been sent

  • Once your package has been sent, please contact us to provide the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.
  • After server will be installed we will provide you with all the informations that you will need to access your server IPMI.
